Becoming Mind Strong

The first way I try to do this is by using the latest scientific research from neuroscience and psychology to make real-life changes. I believe that there is a lot to be learned from studying the brain, and I will do my best to share new insights and ideas.
The second way I try to answer that question is by studying successful people across various areas- entrepreneurs, athletes, artists, and many more. Most of the breakthroughs in my own life have come when I learned new insights, ideas, and lessons from people that have already done what I wanted to do, whether that is in the form of books, videos, or mentors.
Lastly, I always try to live what I preach, meaning that I absolutely believe in and use the strategies and tools I talk about. I will share my own struggles, failures, and successes so that you can hopefully learn from them.
