At 19, I was living my childhood dreams on the outside but feeling miserable on the inside.
An athletic scholarship, life by the beach, traveling the world — I had everything I thought would make me happy. But anxiety, depression, and inner disconnection stopped me from feeling any of it.
That experience led me to spend the last decade studying the art and science of happiness, performance, and human transformation.
Today, as a Positive Psychologist, speaker, and author of Psychosomatic Intelligence, I help high-achievers overcome self-sabotage by aligning their subconscious mind and nervous system with their most ambitious goals.
My work bridges evidence-based psychology and neuroscience with embodied practices like breathwork, hypnosis, and nervous system regulation — so you can stop fighting yourself and start living with more clarity, confidence, happiness, and aliveness.
