This morning, I read an article in the Harvard Business Review that sheds a light on how managers and creatives can boost motivation and performance at work through the power of small wins.

To understand the relationship between mindset and performance better, 238 managers were asked to keep daily diaries detailing their emotions, engagement, motivation, and success at work. After analyzing 12,000 of those entries, the researchers came to one central conclusion: When managers felt at their BEST, it was because they made some kind of progress towards a goal that is meaningful to them.
