Today I am joined by one of the world’s foremost experts on goal setting and grit, Caroline Adams Miller. After overcoming an eating disorder in her 20s, Caroline dedicated herself to helping others live their best lives. In addition to getting her Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology, she has written six books including “Creating Your Best Life” and “Getting Grit”, which has been named “one of the 10 books that will change your life in 2017”. Caroline has also mastered grit in her own life and used it to recover from bulimia, become a top-ranked Master’s swimmer, and receive a black belt in Hapkido.
